LIFE OF PI

Life of Pi is a fantasy adventure novel by Yann Martel published in 2001. The protagonist, Piscine Molitor "Pi" Patel, an Indian boy from Pondicherry, explores issues of spirituality and practicality from an early age. He survives 227 days after a shipwreck while stranded on a boat in the Pacific Ocean with a Bengal tiger.
The novel was rejected by at least five London publishing houses before being accepted by Knopf Canada, which published it in September 2001. The UK edition won the Man Booker Prize for Fiction the following year. It was also chosen for CBC Radio's Canada Reads 2003, where it was championed by author Nancy Lee. The French translation, L'histoire de Pi, was chosen in the French version of the contest, Le combat des livres, where it was championed by Louise Forestier. The novel won the 2003 Boeke Prize, a South African novel award. In 2004, it won the Asian/Pacific American Award for Literature in Best Adult Fiction for years 2001–2003.

KARMAYODHA

Karma Yodha is an upcoming Malayalam thriller film directed by Major Ravi, produced by Haneef Mohammed and Major Ravi. Starring Mohanlal and Rajeev Pillai in the lead roles.

The soundtrack will be composed by MG Sreekumar along with lyrics by Dr. Madhu Vasudevan. Karma Yodha is scheduled to release world wide on December 20, 2012.

Paradesi is an upcoming film directed by Bala starring Adharvaa, Dhansika and Vedhika in the lead role. Music scored by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The film is based on real life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930s. The movie is scheduled to release on December 21, 2012.

Pathiramanal

Pathiramanal is an upcoming Malayalam action film directed by M. Padmakumar starring Unni Mukundan and Jayasurya in the lead roles. The shooting locations are in Marayur and Alapuzha.

The story is about a private financer Eldho(Unni Mukundan), who lives in a hill station with his mother. His mother had become mentally challenged after she was raped by a police constable (Pradeep Rawat) during Eldho's childhood. His mother conceived from the rape and gave birth to a baby girl. Johnkutty (Jayasurya), Eldho's father is avenging his wife's death by going after the police constable and unfortunately dies.
After Eldho has grown up, he reaches Pathiramanal, a place in Kuttanad, in search of the constable to take revenge. There he meets Sara (remya nambeesan). He realizes that Sara is the daughter of the constable. The drama is what the film is about.

101 wedding's

101 Weddings is a Malayalam romantic comedy film directed by Shafi and starring Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya, Biju Menon, Samvrutha Sunil, and Bhama in the lead roles. The film is written by Kalavoor Ravikumar based on a story by the director. The film is produced by Shafi's brother Rafi of the Rafi Mecartin duo, Hasainar, and Shaleer under the banner of Film Folks and features music composed by Deepak Dev, whilst cinematography is handled by Alagappan and is edited by Mahesh Narayanan.

The film is a humour based story set against the backdrop of a mass marriage ceremony.

Lokpal

Lokpal is an upcoming Malayalam thriller film written by S. N. Swamy and directed by Joshiy. The film stars Mohanlal and Kavya Madhavan in the lead roles while Meera Nandan, Manoj K. Jayan, Vijayaraghavan and Saikumar play pivotal supporting roles.
